Mr. Wykrota also has a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions - M&A from the prestigious Georgetown University, Post-Graduation in Civil Law from Milton Campos University, and a BA in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, one of the best private schools in Brazil. He is also a certified paralegal by the University of Miami, a member of numerous professional associations such as the American Bar Association - ABA, Florida Bar Association, Brazilian Bar Association - OAB, American Immigration Lawyers Association - AILA, US National Paralegal Association, South Florida Paralegal Association, among others.

Although Mr. Wykrota has extensive legal experience, he has had the rare opportunity to study and develop his advanced project management skills, including a Project Management course, positioning him as a unique and valuable professional in the field, able to use his skills to support his customers.

His professional experience includes practices at local, national and international law firms, both Brazilian and American, as well as leading multinational companies in their respective sectors, such as Arcelor Mittal (Steel and Mining), Anglo American (Mining), Bacardi-Martini ( Spirits) and Boston Scientific (Medical Devices).

Mr. Wykrota also supported many qualified professionals and investors in the migration and consolidation of investments between Brazil and the United States, through detailed and extensive work, including support for immigration visa applications. His capacity to understand legal and cultural systems leveraged his skills to support cross-border transactions and immigration professionals and investment visas. He is considered one of the few professionals capable of profoundly understanding US immigration law for qualified professionals, allowing his clients to apply for an immigrant visa (green card) using the best strategies, aiming to achieve an efficient and non-stressful path for the client and his/her family.

As a professional, he reached a level where only a small portion of his colleagues arrived, being recognized as a lawyer of exceptional skills, as stated by some of the most prestigious and renowned professionals in his field, from Brazil and the United States, such as a former president of a Brazilian Bar Association and some executives from important multinational companies, occupying high-level positions as executive directors, financial directors, controllership directors, and global legal directors.

* Lawyer licensed in the state of Florida. In the United States, lawyers can generally practice law only in the state in which they took and passed the exam. But there are some exceptions, such as issues of federal law, including but not limited to federal taxes and immigration. A lawyer admitted to practice law in any state can represent a client before immigration agencies or any immigration court in any other state. It is important to note that each state has its own rules for regulating the approval of a new member of its association and most require an examination that includes not only extensive knowledge of state law but also federal and general law concepts.
