The Department of State Posted the September 2025 Visa Bulletin

The U.S. Department of State has released the September 2025 Visa Bulletin, providing updates on “Final Action Dates,” “Dates for Filing,” the Diversity Visa (DV) program, employment-based visa availability, immigrant numerical limits under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs) for U.S. government employees, and other related information.

For September 2025, USCIS announced that applicants in all family-sponsored preference categories must follow the Dates for Filing chart, while those in all employment-based preference categories must use the Final Action Dates chart.
